At Friends Lake Inn, New
York bed and breakfast, our mission is to provide exceptional
service and distinctive quality to each of our guests. We are
proud of the international recognition we have received for
excellence in our lodging accommodations, our dining
facilities and our wine offerings.
In May of 2011 we were awarded the title of Best Romantic
Getaway by Capital Region Living Magazine.
In August of 2011 we received the Wine Spectator Grand
Award for the 13th year in a row.
On
September 1st, 2009 we received the Santé Wine Hospitality Award
which honors restaurants that exhibit a high level of
professional standards in wine service and hospitality. We are one of four in the category of hotel/resort fine dining.
On September 1st, 2006 Marian Mocanu was one of five award
winners of Santé Professional Award, this award honors
individuals that exhibit a high level of professional achievement, in food, wine and spirits service. |
