An Adirondack Wine Dining Experience

   Wine Dinners

All of our wine events are sumptuously themed five course dinners created by our Chef Matthew Bolton , matched with wines under the direction of Innkeeper and Wine Director John Philips. All wine dinners start at 7:00 pm with a reception in the Murphy Room with light hors d' oeuvres. Dinners are five courses matched with five wines.  Casual commentary during the wine dinner.  Menus for wine dinner will be available two weeks before the event

Joseph Carr was an award winning Sommelier and international     wine industry executive who set out on  his own in 2005 and         founded Joseph Carr Winery in Carneros, California.  It was, as Mr. Carr would say, a chance to follow a dream. "We're a family owned company dedicated to making world class, handcrafted wines.

We work with small growers, coopers and winemakers producing elegant,   sophisticated, yet approachable wine from Napa Valley, Carneros, and the North Coast of California."
