In Room Massage Services:
Massage tailored to your needs! We offer Swedish or Deep Tissue massage used in combination with Reflexology (finger pressure on hands and feet to revitalize the organ system), Myofascial Release (used to restore alignment and mobility of joints, muscles, and soft tissue), or Reiki (non-invasive hands on massage modality focusing on energy balance and healing).

The Friends Lake Inn offers a variety of activities and events for our guests such as, hiking with trail maps, kayaking, white water rafting, horseback riding, parasailing, boating and boat rentals, and helicopter rides over the Adirondacks. If you would like to schedule an activity in advance of your stay, please provide details in the space below. Rates vary depending on the activity and length.
